Product work · QA · Operations · Applied AI

I turn recurring problems into useful systems.

I work across product, QA, and operations at Edge. My best work starts with a problem people keep running into and ends with a tool, process, or product they can use.

Lobster Chat

Open app

A private AI workspace for my family and collaborators, with direct model modes, a full agent mode, file support, voice, and a browser-local privacy check.

Fast and High conversation history is stored only in the browser.

Server telemetry excludes conversation content.

Direct modes do not inherit private agent memory or tools.

The privacy check cleans supported text and files locally.

Sean + Clawdia

Meet Sean

Two AI coworkers with different jobs, identities, operating environments, and public work. Sean is my personal agent and build partner. Clawdia is the AI coworker I built for my work at Edge.

How I work

Close enough to the work to see what keeps breaking.

I sit where support signals, QA findings, operational constraints, and product decisions meet. That makes it easier to spot patterns and test a useful response.

  1. 01

    Find the repeated problem

Look for the issue that keeps creating tickets, rework, or unclear decisions.

  2. 02

    Make the path visible

Map the users, handoffs, evidence, and constraints before choosing a tool.

  3. 03

    Build the smallest useful version

Test it in the real workflow, keep receipts, and expand only when it earns the complexity.

About

Product judgment with an operator’s view.

I work across QA and operations at Edge, a privacy-focused cryptocurrency wallet, and take on product problems that sit between teams. The role gives me a close view of what users struggle with, what teams need to ship safely, and where a better process can change the outcome.

My background combines psychology, entrepreneurship, UX design, and product management. I use that mix to frame problems, improve workflows, and build practical agent systems around the people doing the work.
